Is Google Making Us Stupid?

In Nicholas Carr's article, Is Google Making us Stupid? he addresses the dependancy of society today on the internet and computers.  Whenever we need to find something out we simply enter it into google or a search engine and the answers are given to us quickly. However, even that sometimes is more than we want.  We always search for the direct answer in the least amount of words possible, short and to the point.  I wouldn't say google is making us stupid but it is making us lazy. We learn what we want to know and it not what we should know.
